What are the minimum orders and sample quantities for stone lighting?
iHOME offers sampling from 1 piece. Alabaster lighting, including customization, is available from 1 piece. For bulk travertine orders, small wall and pendant lights start at 50 pieces; large pendants start at 10 pieces. Confirm other models individually.

Sampling and bulk orders are different
A sample is for evaluating a design before a larger order. The sample quantity does not replace the bulk minimum for a travertine model.
Before requesting a sample
Send the model number or reference drawing, preferred stone, quantity and delivery country. Include electrical or dimming requirements so the team can review the proposed configuration.
Before confirming a bulk order
Typical production lead time is 45–50 working days. EXW or FOB terms are confirmed per order. Ask Eva to confirm the configuration, applicable quantity and schedule before proceeding.

Can one alabaster light be customized?
Yes. Alabaster lighting and customization are available from 1 piece. Provide the design and specification for review.
Do the travertine quantities apply to table and ceiling lamps?
The 50-piece rule refers to small travertine wall and pendant lights; the 10-piece rule refers to large pendants. Ask Eva about the minimum for other travertine models.
