BUYER RESOURCES
What should you send for a custom stone lighting enquiry?
Start with a model number, reference image or drawing, then share the material, dimensions, quantity and delivery market. Add the intended light source, voltage and dimming requirements. iHOME reviews OEM / ODM enquiries and offers sampling from 1 piece.
| Information to provide | What to include |
|---|---|
| Design reference | Model, image or drawing; dimensions and units |
| Material | Alabaster, travertine or marble preference |
| Electrical requirements | Voltage, light source, dimming and model-specific requirements |
| Order plan | Sample quantity, bulk quantity, delivery country and target schedule |
1. Describe the design
Provide a model number or reference image and the dimensions with units. State whether you prefer alabaster, travertine or marble. Natural stone varies in tone and veining, so use a sample to assess the material and finish.
2. Specify the configuration
Share the destination market, supply voltage, light-source preference and dimming needs. TRIAC or DALI drivers can be selected where applicable. IP ratings and other specifications depend on the model; do not assume that a configuration applies to every design.
3. Confirm the order details
State the sample and bulk quantities separately, the delivery country and your target schedule. Typical production lead time is 45–50 working days; EXW or FOB terms are confirmed per order. Confirm the applicable MOQ before ordering.
Questions from buyers
Can a reference image replace a technical drawing?
A reference image can start the conversation. Dimensions and the final configuration still need to be agreed before production.
Is a selected dimming driver a standard feature on every lamp?
No. TRIAC and DALI are optional driver choices where applicable. Confirm the driver and control requirements for the selected model.
